Robert H. Bradley, M.D.

Born in Birmingham, AL, Dr. Bradley graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1978 with a degree in biology and psychology. After attending the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham and completing his internship and residency in neurosurgery at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX, he moved back to Alabama and started his practice at Baptist Health in Montgomery in 1989.
Dr. Bradley’s specialty and interest areas include adult cervical and lumbar spine surgery as well as cranial surgeries
F. Donovan Kendrick, M.D.
Board Certified Neurosurgeon
A Montgomery native, Dr.Kendrick attended Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama before going to the University of Alabama School of Medicine. Dr. Kendrick completed his residency in Neurological Surgery at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, joining Neurosurgery & Spine Associates in 1994.
Dr. Kendrick provides general neurosurgical procedures for adults with a special interest in spine, tumors and trigeminal neuralgia.
Jeffry G. Pirofsky, D.O.
Board Certified Physiatrist
Dr. Pirofsky completed his residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1993 in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He practiced at the Birmingham Baptist Medical System as Medical Director of the Back and Musculoskeletal Institute for 6 years. He then became the UAB Medical Director of the Workplace, and gained extensive expertise in the evaluation & treatment of spine and musculoskeletal disorders. Dr. Pirofsky joined Neurosurgery & Spine Associates in 2002.
Heather L. Beck
MHS, PA-C
Born a Navy brat in Virginia, Heather grew up in the panhandle of Florida. She completed her undergraduate training at University of West Florida in 1995, receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology. Before attending the University of South Alabama PA School, she worked as a scientist for the Center for Environmental Diagnostics and Bioremediation. Heather moved to Montgomery in 1999 and began working as a PA in Vascular Surgery, before joining Neurosurgery & Spine Associates of Central Alabama in 2002. She took a brief hiatus from Neurosurgery secondary to a change of station with her spouse to Italy on Air Force assignment. Heather assists Dr. Bradley in all aspects of patient care and surgery.
Amy Rapp
PA-C
Originally from Montgomery, Amy earned her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Alabama in Birmingham in 1988. She worked as a Public Health Social Worker for five years before entering the Surgical Assistant Program at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, graduating in 1995.
Amy practiced as a Physician Assistant in Family Medicine for two years before returning to Montgomery. In 1997 she joined Neurosurgery and Spine Associates of Central Alabama, P.C. as Physician Assistant to F. Donovan Kendrick, M.D.
